A WSU graduate, this red-headed Cougar has cleaned thousands upon thousands of windows! As a new entrepreneur with a heart for excellence in service, he started Clearly Windows in the Winter of 1999. After 20 years, the business has grown from his home to a shop space with 3 trucks. Still focused on service and expansion, he works a small amount in the field to stay on the front lines of the business while working to help the company grow on the back-end. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, being active at church, playing golf, swimming, traveling and reading.

Barry Steimlosk

Chief Operations Officer / Production Manager

From Southern California to Hawaii and finally settling down in Western Washington, Barry has gone to a few different schools and worked in a few different industries. Though the landscape has changed over the years, his heart to serve others has bled over into his professional career. Working at Clearly Windows allows him to utilize his strengths of fixing things and working with his hands, helping scale up the business with new innovation, and providing excellent customer service to clients and team members. When not working, he keeps busy with his wife and two young daughters, church activities, cycling, woodworking and BBQ.

Another East Coaster, Ben moved to the Seattle area for LOVE! Originally from New Hampshire, he was a window cleaner for about 8 years before relocating to Western Washington for his fiance - who actually found the job posting and got him connected to Clearly Windows. Working with us since the Summer of 2018, he’s broadened his experience in exterior care and fulfills our promise to serve our clients with excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys graphic illustration & design and exploring Washington State with his bride-to-be!
